چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر؛ کنکاشی پیرامون شاخص‌های عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه، به‌منظور بازنگری آیین‌نامه‌ها و فرم‌های ارتقاء و ارزشیابی اساتید با استفاده از روش توصیفی- پیمایشی بود که به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌های مورد نیاز از دیدگاه اعضای هیئت‌علمی، دانشجویان و دانش‌آموخته‌های تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی بهره گرفته شد. روش‌های چندمرحله‌ای طبقه‌ای و در دسترس؛ معیار انتخاب اعضای نمونه و قاعده اشباع نظری نیز معیار اتمام نمونه‌گیری بود. پرسشنامه و اسناد و مدارک؛ ابزار گردآوری داده‌های این پژوهش بودند و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از جدول کدگذاری باز، شاخص مرکزی مُد و تحلیل سلسله‌مراتب فازی (FAHP) صورت گرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان دادند که بیش از 80 شاخص برای ارزیابی عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه وجود دارد که می‌توان از آنها در فرم‌های ارزیابی و آیین‌نامه‌های ارتقاء، انتخاب استاد نمونه و موارد مشابه بهره برد و این شاخص‌ها به لحاظ اهمیت بر اساس دو معیار میزان تکرارپذیری و حیاتی بودن؛ در 6 گروه از A تا F دسته‌بندی و وزن‌دهی شدند. در مقایسه بین وضع موجود با وضع مطلوب مشاهده گردید که بیش از نیمی از شاخص‌های مورد استفاده در سیستم فعلی ارزشیابی اساتید؛ متعلق به گروه‌های کم‌اهمیت E و F هستند. همچنین شاخص‌های مورد استفاده غالباً شاخص‌هایی هستند که مربوط به خروجی عملکرد اساتید بوده و کمیت عملکرد آنها را مورد سنجش قرار می‌دهند؛ بنابراین بهره‌گیری بیشتر از شاخص‌های سنجش کیفیت عملکرد اساتید با ضریب اهمیت بالا (شاخص‌های گروه‌های A تا D) در سیستم ارزیابی و ارتقاء اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه؛ ازجمله پیشنهادهای این پژوهش است.

چکیده [English]

The educational performance indicators of faculty members were studied to revise faculty promotion and evaluation codes and forms using a descriptive-survey method that the required data was collected based on the opinions of the faculty members, students, and graduates of the Islamic Azad University. The participants were enrolled through the multistage stratified and convenience sampling methods until the theoretical saturation was reached. Data collection was done using questionnaires and documents. Data analysis was done using the open-coding table, central tendency of mode, and FAHP. The findings showed that there are more than 80 educational performance indicators for faculty evaluation, which can be used in faculty promotion and evaluation codes and forms, selection of the instructor of the year, etc. Due to the importance of these indicators, they were categorized into six groups from A to F and weighed based on two criteria, namely repeatability and vitality. A comparison of the current and desired status shows that more than half of the indicators used in the current instructor evaluation system are in the insignificant categories (E and F). Therefore, it is recommended to use indices with high importance factor (indices in categories A to D) in the faculty promotion and evaluation system.
