چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، تحلیل محتوای کتاب درسی ارتباط مؤثر پایۀ دهم دورۀ دوم متوسطه فنی‌وحرفه‌ای بر اساس مهارت‌های ده‌گانۀ سازمان بهداشت جهانی بوده است. روش پژوهش، تحلیل محتوا بود. دامنۀ پژوهش، کتاب ارتباط مؤثر پایۀ دهم دورۀ دوم متوسطه فنی‌وحرفه‌ای به لحاظ (متن، سؤال، تصاویر، فعالیت‌ها) که به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات فرم تحلیل محتوای محقق ساخته بر اساس الگوی آنتروپی شانون 3 مرحله‌ای بود که داده‌ها در مرحلۀ اول به‌صورت داده‌های بهنجار شده آماده شد، مرحلۀ دوم بار اطلاعاتی هر مقوله را محاسبه نموده و در مرحلۀ سوم با استفاده از بار اطلاعاتی مقوله‌ها ضریب اهمیت هر مقوله محاسبه شد. طبق نظر سازمان بهداشت جهانی مهارت‌های زندگی ده‌گانه شامل مهارت حل مسئله، همدلی، تفکر خلاق تصمیم‌گیری، مقابله با هیجانات، مقابله با استرس، تفکر انتقادی، ارتباط مؤثر با دیگران، خودآگاهی، ایجاد روابط بین فردی می‌باشد. نتایج حاصل حاکی از آن بود که بیشترین ضریب اهمیت مربوط به مؤلفه مهارت ارتباط مؤثر (121/0) و کمترین ضریب اهمیت برای مؤلفه مهارت حل مسئله (082/0) به دست آمد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to analyze the content of the effective communication textbook of the tenth grade of the second year of technical and vocational high school based on the ten skills of the World Health Organization. The research method was content analysis. The research population of the effective communication book of the tenth grade of the second year of technical and vocational high school in terms of (text, questions, pictures, activities) which was selected by purposive sampling. The data collection tool was a researcher-made content analysis form based on Shannon's entropy model. Category information The significance coefficient of each category was calculated. According to the World Health Organization, ten life skills include problem-solving skills, empathy, creative decision-making thinking, coping with emotions, coping with stress, critical thinking, effective communication with others, self-awareness, and building interpersonal relationships. The results showed that the highest coefficient of importance was related to the component of effective communication skills (0.121) and the lowest coefficient of importance was related to the component of problem solving skills (0.082).
